The Cranky Middle Manager Show

The Podcast Network has a new podcast – The Cranky Middle Manager Show, hosted by W. Wayne Turmel. The first podcast is a discussion with Brendan Sullivan, a creativity consultant. One of the topics discussed was why people might have a lack of creativity:.fear. Keep in mind there is a difference between fear and caution. Caution isn’t a bad thing, fear on the other hand is crippling (in my opinion).

I enjoyed the podcast and I’ve added it to my list. The podcast is a good length – under 40 minutes. Check it out.
