WoW - pushing my limits

I have a couple of toons on World of Warcraft but for the most part I play two rogues Shelby and Reynna. Shelby is level 54 and Reynna is level 17, on different servers, both full at the moment.

Anyway, Shelby finally made level 54 and a reader whispered to me, “Why do you always create human female characters?”. Guy has a legitimate point. In WoW beta I created a Night Elf so I wouldn’t be bored when I created my Human. My rogues are spec’d for human (notice they aren’t wielding daggers). I honestly can’t remember not playing a human…in any game. Rog, help me out here…can you remember me playing a non-human toon?

Since 2006 is the year for me to push my limits, after I get Shelby to 60 (or if out of frustration I create another character on another server because I can’t get on the two I’m already on) I’m going to create a non-human toon. It will be female though because the thought of playing a guy - eeewww. Female kicking butt turns me on.

I don’t see myself creating a toon that isn’t meant to fight. I like to fight…what can I say? But I did see a Priest kicking some serious butt soloing the other day but that butt kicking Priest would end up healing in a Raid. Naw…I’ll stick to kicking butt 24/7.

ya know i think what it comes down to is that we all live out either our wanna be lives (getting the charecter to look like you) or our fantasy’s (making a girl character whos hot and kicks butt)

Butt about the only human coments i have to disagree if you take an orc male or female and make it a warrior you will undoubtedley kick some butt i know frome experience

sometime it also depends on how you spec you char to……

p.s. i dare you also to make a gnome

All my characters are male but they range depending on what profession I’m playing. If I’m a warrior I’d take something big and strong. I never made a blonde or red-headed male because my hair is dark. Never realized that before.

Rog - that’s what I thought, unlike you…I know. Since you know me so well you know I gotta change this pattern.

Alan - I know they tend to look alike. Similar hair color, skin color etc.

Devon - I think you’re right but SWG is the only one where I consciously tried to get it to look just like me (heck, everyone did).

Denise - If there are racial bonus you should always consider than. Every little bit helps.

I haven’t been playing long but all my WoW characters are human. I did not consider race bonuses when I made my characters either.

You did use a non-human toon. Well… kinda. In AO you played an Opifex, but I say kinda because all the races are futuristic variants of the human race. In essence, I can’t remember you using a non-human, ever in fact.

    Love the new design.

You’re Alliance so NE is the only option that doesn’t look humanish.

I dare you to do a gnome. Double dare you.

You do that because your feminine. Not girlie, feminine. The characters are a reflection of who you are.
